Please note. By registering on-line, the DOPC will assume you grant permission to print your name in the DOPC newsletter in acknowledgement of your membership unless you state in the ‘Special Notes & Instructions’ box that you do not want your name printed.
Also, if you are registering online and interested in volunteering or signing up for the Raley’s Quality of Life Card (major funding for the DOPC), please state your interest in the ‘Special Notes & Instructions’ box.
